If a construct conatining the amyE 5' integration sequence at the 5' end and a promoter at the 3' end, the device will cause GFP to be expressed within the B. subtilis cell.

This part was used as part of the Biofabricator subtilis Imperial iGEM 2008 project and was used to assemble the GFP generator device with Pveg-spoVG promoters (BBa_K143079) to characterise these basic parts for B.subtilis. |
